How much time does my athlete need to commit to the program?

The program is designed to fit into a busy schedule. Most athletes spend around 8-12 hours per week on their training, which includes rehab exercises, strength training, and sport-specific work. We work with each athlete to make sure the schedule is manageable.

How quickly can my athlete start seeing improvements?

Every athlete is different, but most injured athletes start to notice improvements in pain reduction and strength within the first few days to weeks. Velocity increases and full recovery can take up to 90 days. Healthy athletes often notice performance gains after the first month.

Will this program work if my athlete is already seeing a health care provider?

Yes, the 6th Tool System can complement any existing therapy your athlete is receiving. Our program integrates advanced strength training and sport-specific exercises that go beyond standard physical therapy, ensuring your athlete is fully prepared to return to the field.

What equipment is needed for the program?

How do the virtual calls work?

Every week, we have 1-1calls to review progress, answer questions, and provide guidance for the upcoming week. These calls offer an opportunity for 1-1 feedback on drills, exercises, and questions related to performance. It’s a key part of ensuring ongoing support and accountability.
