Payments and Refunds

  1. Commitment: By enrolling in our 90-120 day program, clients agree to complete the full duration of the program. No cancellations or refunds will be provided after enrollment, except under specific pre-agreed conditions or unforeseen circumstances (detailed below).

  2. Conditional Money-Back Guarantee (if applicable):Clients eligible for a conditional money-back guarantee must meet all program requirements, including attendance, check-ins, tracking, and exclusive participation. Failure to meet these requirements will forfeit the guarantee.

Specific conditions include:

Weekly attendance of coaching calls (minimum 12 sessions for a 3-month program).

Submission of all progress updates and metrics as outlined by the Coach

.Adherence to the program without engaging in conflicting training services.

  1. Missed Payments: Payments must be made as scheduled. If a payment is missed and no arrangement is made within 14 days, services will be canceled, and the remaining balance sent to collections.

  2. Unforeseen Life Events:Clients experiencing significant unforeseen life events (e.g., family loss, major illness) may request a termination. Approval is at the Coach’s discretion and subject to a termination fee:Two (2) weeks of the standard payment amount, orSixteen percent (16%) of the total contract value, whichever is greater.

  3. Program Termination by the Coach: The Coach reserves the right to terminate the program if it is deemed no longer advantageous. In such cases, the client will only be responsible for the pro-rata share of services received.
